1. Click on the Start button.        

2. Click on Settings (the gear icon)

3. Click on System 

4. Scroll down and click About

1. Click the Apple icon  

2. Click About This Mac

This will open up the Overview information screen

 

iPad

1. Open the Settings menu 

2. Tap on General

3.  Tap About
